You already have a lot of responsibilities. Work with our professional crew for filming, editing and delivery of your event.
Working with Parasol Video makes production easier. We focus on our job and leave you to yours.
Before we start filming, our team puts together a plan to get the most out of our shooting days.
We capture the footage needed for content creation. A good plan sets this in motion.
Putting content together begins! We create the videos needed to support your event and brand.
A short conversation helps us understand what you need to capture throughout your event, the budget you are working with, and the restrictions we need to navigate around.
We take all of the requirements from our meeting and turn them into an action plan. This helps us create important check lists, schedules, and communication channels with everyone involved.
We arrive on site and put our plan into action. We capture all the footage needed to create your video content after your event concludes. At each step we are respectful of your brand and reputation.
After your event is finished, we move on to editing, polishing, and finishing all of your event content. Videos are then delivered securely for you to publish.
Video production is a time consuming process and it is extremely useful to have a production company that acts as a true partner. This is what some of our clients say:
Everything went smoothly on the day and on the days of prep. Mike and his team are very responsive and have a good understanding of our business and event goals. They do a great job!

Absolutely! Your events only happen once, even if you run multiple events a year, those specific moments can be lost forever if not captured.
Video production helps you create valuable content that can be used to help attendees relive their experience, and promote the next experience.
Remember, you want to always be growing your audience and one of the best ways to do that is to show them what they missed! Recording your sessions, capturing the event vibe, interviewing speakers and attendees, all help to showcase the artistry behind your event team.
Video production for events is something that you will never regret.
Every video production opens up new opportunities to learn and grow. Learn from our decades of experience.
Here are some of the things that our clients asked us before initially working with us.
How much does video production cost?
That is the big question. Unfortunately, it is really hard to answer without knowing the details about your video project.
However, depending on who you work with, often you can find a solution that works with your budget (within reason). Parasol Video has worked on projects that are $1,000 and projects that are $120,000, and everything in-between.
Conversations cost nothing, so reach out to us and tell us what you're looking for. We can likely help you.
Can I record the event myself and have Parasol edit it?
Sure! We've created lots of videos for clients using footage that was filmed by a 3rd-party.
While we are flexible, we do have some recommendations about how to get the most out of your footage, so please contact us for some free advice!
Can you record speaker sessions at our event?
Absolutely! We set up two cameras minimum for coverage and can take care of the production end-to-end, which gives you every session fully edited and timed to speaker slides.
Typically we set the cameras up at the back of the room to avoid getting in your audiences' way. It also gives us direct access to the AV desk for clean stage audio.
Do you work on events anywhere in the world?
Yes. We have crews globally through our partnerships. Often one of the Parasol crew will be on site to act as the producer and client liaison for the video production.
The more time you can give our team to prep for your event, the more efficient and cost effective we can be for you and your budget!
