Why Do I NEED professional webinar services?

Webinars may be a shorter than virtual events, but they still require a ton of work to do well.

On top of writing content and building a slide deck, you will also have to setup and test your webinar platform, manage registration, and push buttons while your webinar is live. It is a lot for any one person to manage.

Professional webinar services help you by taking the stress of a live production out of your hands, freeing you to focus on content delivery and generating leads for your company.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the things that our clients asked us before initially working with us.

How do I create a webinar?

If you are looking for something simple, Zoom might be a good way to get started. It offers easy to use features, registration, and is a platform that most people know. However, Zoom does have some significant limitations for companies as it doesn't make branding easy, playing pre-recorded content is low quality (and requires additional tech support), and if we are being honest, it tends to remind attendees of their Monday morning sales call which can lead to disengagement.

If you want something more engaging with the ability to add flexible branding, then using a custom option is recommended. Combining production tools with an embeddable live streaming player can elevate your webinar and help deliver content that attendees remember. Speakers will feel more professional, and the post-event content will look higher end.

Regardless whether you want to go simple with Zoom or high-end with a branded solution, the team at Parasol can help you every step of the way.

How do I create content for a webinar?

Focus on one topic at a time and then pick the best person you can find to delivery it.

Make sure to put a registration page in place. The purpose of webinars is to drive leads into your funnel. If you do not gate your webinar behind a registration page you will lose valuable data about potential customers and their interests.

It is helpful to break up your webinar into sections to keep things engaging. Start with a welcome message or maybe a video, then deliver the bulk of the content, maybe include a presentation deck, then move to a poll and/or Q&A. Remember your attendees will have questions, so give them a forum to ask them.

Finally, try to plan a few webinars in advance and lock down the dates. At the end of your webinar you can tell your audience the date of the next one and even include a shareable registration link to encourage sign-ups now.

If your audience feels part of the webinar they are more likely to recommend you to their colleagues when you run future webinars. Never lose site of that Net Promoter Score®.

How much does webinar production cost?

It really depends on the webinar length, the amount of production support required, and the platforms used.

A typical high-end webinar starts from $950.

If you are interested in getting an estimate for your webinar from the Parasol team, please reach out to us at sales@parasolvideo.com.

Is a webinar live or recorded?

It can be both depending on the platform used. If you are using Zoom, then everything is live (without some technical knowledge) but if you are using a custom option, then you can mix things up.

We have clients who run their webinars fully live on the day, some that record the content ahead of time and live stream it on a specific date and time, and others that do a mix where they broadcast recorded content and then switch to live content, polling, and Q&A.

Whatever method you want to take, we have the tools and the team to make it happen.
