Our professional and cost effective event production
offers services that ensure that things run flawlessly.
A virtual event can be broken down into three sections
Setting the stage for success by using a strong workflow.
Putting all the jigsaw pieces together to run your event.
Using the new content you worked so hard to create.
A brief 30 minute chat to determine your needs and give you an estimated budget.
If everything looks good, we’ll start production on your event and begin gathering all required assets, booking speaker checks, and recording any content.
Everything we've been working on over the weeks leading up to your event, goes live!
After your event finishes, we will send over all the content that was created as well as create any other content that you need to promote your brand.
Helping to bring our clients' visions to life is what keeps us going. Read what some have said about working with us.

It would make your life a lot easier to have the right event production partner in your corner. There's a lot to organize when putting on a live show; content to create, graphics to build, speakers to manage, and technical specs navigate. And all done virtually!
It is too much for one person. Working with Parasol means we take care of the production side of the virtual event, leaving you to focus on what the event is about and who will be attending. We make your life easier.
Every virtual event teaches us something new, and we want our experience to benefit your next virtual event.
Here are some of the things that our clients asked us before initially working with us.
How do I create a virtual event?
Start with the main concept. Is this to build strong brand awareness? Is it a special event for customers? Is it to rally the "troops" at your company? Knowing the theme of the event will help you build the content that supports it.
After you have your main concept, then you need to come up with 4-5 content topics that take attendees on a journey. With each section building on the last. It shouldn't feel disjointed, it should feel like like one story broken up into pieces for easy consumption.
Next you want to find the best, most engaging speakers that can deliver on each topic and you want to change up the delivery. Lean into the different styles; presentation, fireside chat, panel discussions, customer interviews, product demos. Keeping fresh will keep your audience engaged.
Finally and most importantly, KEEP IT SHORT. If any section is going over 25-30 minutes without a very good reason, you will start to lose your audience. Also remember that your audience is human, so leave room for breaks so that people can check email, go to the bathroom, or grab a drink.
Do I need an event platform?
Virtual events do best when they run on a platform. This allows you to run registration, content delivery, networking, event schedule, sponsorship and branding, all from a centralized place.
An event platform is your venue. Without it, it's almost impossible to know who signed up, who showed up, and who had a good time.
There are plenty of platforms to choose from, some are more customizable than others, but all of them will allow you to brand the event as your own.
Finding the event platform that best suits your needs can be a long process, so if you are stuck, please let us know and we will listen to what you want to achieve and point you in the right direction.
How much does a virtual event cost?
While we wish there was a simple answer for this, the requirements of each event dictate the price. We've run events that cost a few thousand dollars and events that run into the tens of thousands, and each event had it's own unique set of requirements that affected the price.

Does everything need to be live for my virtual event?
Not at all. While some clients prefer the energy of an all-live virtual event, others like the security of knowing they have some content ready to go ahead of time.
If you choose, you can pre-record sections of your event or the entire thing, in the weeks before your go-live date. Then on event day, we broadcast the content "as-live" and can bring back speakers for live Q&A or just let the content play.
However you want to do it, your virtual event will still allow you to connect with your audience and capture important lead data needed for a successful sales funnel.
