Start with the goal (brand awareness, customers, training, or internal alignment), then build 4–6 content blocks that feel like one connected story. Keep sections under ~25–30 minutes, vary formats (presentation, fireside chat, panels, demos), and plan a run-of-show that includes breaks and engagement moments.
Do I need an event platform for a virtual event?
Not always, but most multi-session events do best on an event platform because it centralizes registration, agenda, content delivery, analytics, branding, and attendee experience. For simpler events, a webinar platform can work fine. We’ll recommend the simplest setup that matches your goals.
